Return & Refund Policy

At Aasan Pakistan, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the delivery date
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer
- Free samples, promotional items, or gift-with-purchase items
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale events (unless defective)
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@Aasan.pk or call +92 300 123 4567 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.
Important: Do not send products back without an RA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Arrange a free return pickup at no additional cost to you
- Provide a full refund or replacement, based on your preference
- Process your claim within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product
Please include photos of the damaged/defective product and the packaging when reporting the issue.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- JazzCash Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your JazzCash account within 5-7 business days.
- Easypaisa Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your Easypaisa account within 5-7 business days.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit which can be applied to your next purchase. Store credit is issued within 2 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Once the refund is processed, place a new order for the desired product
Alternatively, you may opt for store credit to facilitate a quicker exchange process.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your JazzCash/Easypaisa account transaction history
- Contact your mobile wallet provider to inquire about the transaction
- Contact us at returns@dermalAasan> and we will investigate the matter
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel:

- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the product
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items or items purchased with discount codes are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
